Al Najada Doha Hotel Apartments by Oaks

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Al Najada Hotel. Everything – from the excellent staff to the outstanding facilities – exceeded both mine and my family’s expectations. We stayed on a half-board basis (with breakfast included), and breakfast quickly became one of our favourite parts of the day. The selection was incredible, offering a wide variety of food, meats, pastries, cereals, and drinks. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the experience we had with the concierge team, particularly Islem and Ismail. They greeted us warmly when we arrived at 2 a.m. and immediately made us feel at home. We had accidentally booked the wrong room, and Islem generously upgraded us without hesitation (something we only found out about later from another staff member). Ismail, with his constant humour and friendly conversations, made the whole experience feel like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be returning – not only because of the hotel’s incredibly convenient location but also thanks to the unforgettable hospitality of Islem and Ismail. Thank you!

The staff and manager where amazing and so friendly. Value for money was great. We had a large room for a good price. The location was really good. Close to the metro, Souq Wakf and the masjid. Beatyful architecture inside and outside the hotel 2 bathrooms was a huge plus, especially with kids. Customer service was great

Location was superb, a minute away from the Souq Waqif metro, Gold Souq and Souq Waqif itself. There is an also big supermarket about 10min walk but we didn't manage to go. Mshreib is also walking distance and a station away. Location from metro is good especially in hot weather. We went during the winter season so we walked mostly everywhere thanks to the location of our hotel.

We took the two bedroom hotel apartment for our 6 days and 5 nights stay. It was one of the best stays - the bed was comfortable, room was big enough for families and the kitchen was equipped with all the basic necessities i.e. microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a few plates and cutleries, perfect for a night in after exploring Souq Waqif which is just a few steps away. Cleanliness was very good, we had people coming to clean and replenish our water everyday. The valet service, front desk and overall service from the staff was helpful and always accommodating. We initially had a problem with our key to access the lift (even after multiple trips to re-configure at the front desk) but a staff member helped us with this and sent the keys to our rooms.

Everything was amazing. From the moment we checked in, Ms. Erin, and the whole staff were so gracious. They answered all our questions and addressed our needs throughout our stay. Mr. Islam always asked us if we needed anything. We were always greeted by any staff member that we met with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere created is so calming. The best part is that we were steps away from the Souq. Housekeeping worked so quickly and did a wonderful job.
